Sandblasting is a mechanical process consisting in giving the glass panes a rough, matt surface with a jet of sand. This method allows for matting the entire surface of the glass panes. Specific patterns on the whole or part of the glass can also be blasted.
Glass and mirrors decorated by sanding are used in window glazing, furniture, interior finishing, masonry, visual advertising and so on.
In our offer there are several thousands of designs for sandblasting. Applications may be partially or wholly combined with one another, which allows for an unlimited number of designs. Our studio also makes graphic designs for individual customer orders.
any shapes, attractive patterns
A very attractive and sustainable way of decorating glass is also known as 3D sandblasting, also referred to as glass carving. This process involves a deep, generally from 1 to several millimeters, sandblasting of glass. Of course, the thickness of the sanding depends on the thickness of glass and thus the resulting patterns are very realistic.
3D sandblasting allows obtaining unique designs on frosted or transparent glass, which creates great visual effects in combination with the light.
